Cosmic Capers (1957)

L'histoire d'astronomie, du passé à nos jours, depuis Ptolémée qui a décrété la Terre comme le centre de l'Univers, étouffant la pensée pendant plus de 1000 ans. A la Renaissance, Copernic et Galilé ont modifié ce point de vue. Bernard de Fontenelle a décrit une variété large et imaginaire de vie sur d'autres planètes. Au 19ème siècle, on pensait qu'il y avait de la vie sur Mars, H.G.Wells s'en servira par sa Guerre des Mondes ainsi que E.R. Burroughs pour les aventures martiennes de son héros John Carter. De nos jours certains croient encore que les martiens sont parmi nous ou nous envoient des vaisseaux spatiaux de toutes formes.

En 1978, une mission habitée est lancé vers Mars sous le commandement du Commander Neil Perry. Mais quand la fusée ne répond plus, une mission de secours  est  envoyé à sa recherche. Jimmy, le fils du Commander Perry, s'introduit  clandestinement dans la fusée. Aprés le départ, le Professeur Nordheim et son assistante Smitty découvre l'enfant endormi dans un coffre. Ensembles ils vont explorer la Lune et Mars pour sauver Neil Perry.

Rusty, l'espion martienRusty, a spy from Mars, pays a visit to Earth and discovers how its inhabitants disrespect one another by driving poorly. The film espouses a Christian viewpoint on safety, stating that "reckless driving is a sin."
A spy from Mars, who looks like a car, comes down to Earth looking for sources of oxygen only to find that the "Children of God" commit sins against one another by driving in an "Un-Christian" manner. The underlying message is: "Reckless driving is a sin: So - YOU!   Where are YOU going??".

A religious/sci-fi/drivers education film. "Rusty" is a spy from Mars (see Destination Earth). He looks like a bug with big eyes and tiny wheels, but in this late-fifties blob art universe he also looks like a car (the story line for this film would not have been possible if America had better taste in design). Lots of geometric shapes bounce around while a jazz quintet honks on the soundtrack. Rusty notes that cars are "slaves" on Earth ("Man, I mean, like, you know, they drive us ca-ray-zee!") and equates poor driving habits with theologic damnation. ("The right of way is not as important as The Right Way." "Reckless driving is a sin.")

Augie (Jappy en français) est parti  avec le courrier dans un vaisseau spatial  poursuivi par Papa Doggie, il rentrera sur Terre avec un Martien qui aidera Augie à faire ses devoirs.

Une aventure de Augie Doggie et Doggie Daddy, un petit chien trés malin et son papa adoré (caricature vocale du comédien Jimmy Durante).

There are new visitors at Jellystone Park- visitors from Mars. Their ship lands. They take pictures of Yogi, who poses for them doing all kinds of tricks in hopes of getting a handout. The Martians return to their home planet and show others what earth people look and act like. They are all bewildered.

Felix the Cat

D'abord en noir et blanc le cartoon passa en technicolor à partir de 1958.

Le général des martiens s'appelle Clang dans la version américaine.
Après vingt ans d'absence, Félix est de retour! Et maintenant, il a plus d'un tour dans son sac magique. Ce sac qui est capable de se transformer en une multitude d'objets, le Professeur et son aide Rock Bottom ainsi que Master Cylinder voudraient bien lui prendre mais Felix n'échoue jamais à les duper.

The Hillbilly Bears
The Hillbilly Bears were a clan who lived in the mountains and lazed around to the sound of the banjo. Paw Rugg, the muttering head of the family, spent most of his time asleep, awaking only to blast someone off his property with a shotgun. Maw Rugg smoked a pipe and ran the house, while daughter Floral and son Shagg were constantly wreaking havoc and avoiding responsibility.

A flying saucer with two Martians on board invade the bears' territory. They tie a rope to Paw and, hanging him under their saucer, fly to Mars. On Mars, they run him through a "Smart Machine." Paw becomes an electronic monster, steals their flying saucer and flies home. He lights up so brightly that Maw puts him under a lampshade and uses him for a table lamp.

The Force Phantom (1966) the new adventures of Superman
Invaders from one of Mars' moons sets about using their Force Phantom creature to destroy Earth's defenses, but Superman stops the energy creature, overloading the generator which powers it, which in turns destroys the invader's spaceship.

The Hair Bear Bunch
Living in Cave Block #9 at the Wonderland Zoo, The Hair Bear Bunch were three cousins who, under cover of darkness, would break out and explore the real world, trying to find out what they were missing. The leader was Hair Bear, so named for the amazingly large afro that he sported, as was the style of the times. Square Bear was a goofy, hat-wearing type, and Bubi Bear was a kind of Boo-Boo Bear for this show; in fact, this whole show owed no small debt to fellow Hanna-Barbera cartoon Yogi Bear on many levels.

When Peevly nixes the animals' exercise program, the Bunch decides it's time to leave. They answer Neilsen Rockabuilt's an ad for three adventurous types and end up as astronauts bound for Mars. Peevly and Botch manage to get on board just before blast off. Botch redirects the rocket a Arulea, a planet resembleming the moon, if it was made of metal. There, Peevly is crowned king, has the bears thrown in a dungeon, and gets deposed by Botch. With the Aruleans on their tails, the group gets back to their ship and lands at the zoo after Botch pushes the destruct button.

Big Mouse the bad mouse (1979)
Big Rat attempts to steal the City Mint using mice and a captured Mars Rocket. Mighty Man and Yukk thwart Big Rat's plans, return the City Mint and capture Big Rat.
This series is about a millionaire named Brandon Brewster and his dog, Yukk. Before they go off to fight crime, Yukk zaps Brandon with a transformation ray, turning him into a miniature superhero named Mighty Man (not to be confused with Mighty Mouse). Now Yukk is really very ugly. Too ugly for even the viewers to see. So ugly, in fact, that he has to wear a little doghouse on his head at all times, because whenever his doghouse gets lifted off and his face is exposed, bad things happen, although it does come in handy sometimes.

Tom & Jerry Kids:Martian Mouse (1993)

Un explorateur martien est contraint de se poser sur Terre à la suite d'une avarie mécanique de sa fusée. Il confie la garde de son véhicule à Jerry pendant qu'il part chercher une dépanneuse spatiale. Bien entendu Jerry ne peut s'empécher d'entrer dans la fusée et de toucher tous les boutons ce qui la fera redécoller, poursuivie par Tom pour son plus grand malheur.

Ego from Mars (2003) Australie
 Ego de Mars suit les aventures d'un extra-terrestre intriguant et de deux idiots comme ils voyagent à travers l'espace cherchant à conquérir la Terre ou à la détruire. Mais ce petit extra-terrestre n'est pas le seul à avoir une soif inextinguible de faire le mal, les Gerkhons sont beaucoup plus intelligents et plus rapides que le Martien et ses deux bons à rien.
